Today I had the pleasure of being in Newark, New Jersey to see a great parade of old and new fire apparatus. The 45th Annual Fireman’s Fair was presented by the Newark Fire Department Historical Association (NFDHA) and the Newark MuseumThe Newark Firefighters Pipe and Drum Band kicked off the parade and had participating Fire Departments from all over New Jersey. Have a look at the photos that I took.

It was a fun time to spend time around all the fire apparatus. My favorite was the 1915 American LaFrance ‘Metropolitan’ Horsedrawn Steamer from Boonton Fire Department

Surprisingly, we also met up with our friends from Fire Rescue TV.
